I am a lip balm addict. Always have been. I cannot be without one in my hand bag, beside my bed, on planes, at the beach – everywhere. So I thought why not share my vast experience with the many, many lip balms I have tried.
First up is the Chanel Hydra Beauty Nourishing Lip Care.
Of course I am a sucker for some Chanel packaging, and it looks SO pretty in your handbag. It’s a screwlid tub, so if you’re not a fan of digging your finger into a pot this is not for you.
The signature Chanel Camellia scent is very subtle and the texture light with a little shine. It’s definitely not sticky. Is it THE most nourishing I have ever used? Probably not. But it doesn’t make your lips every more dry, which lots of them do.
It’s also a splurge at $55, so maybe add it to your ‘treat myself’ or birthday wish list!
