I have followed Phoodie on instagram for years. Her recipes are always delicious and mouth mouth watering. So when I received a fresh bunch of spinach from my mother in law’s garden I knew immediately I wanted to make her famous, and super easy, Spinach & Feta Gozleme. All that I can say is just try and stop at one.
I made a few batches to freeze because I didn’t want to waste the fresh spinach. Coco even tried some but she ‘didn’t like the salad’… story of my life!
