After living in the USA for a few years, we were fortunate enough to experience two Thanksgiving celebrations. This meant two things… eating ALOT and Pumpkin Pie! I had wanted to try it for-ever after always seeing it in movies and TV shows.
So with Thanksgiving being this week I thought I would gave an Australian Pumpkin Pie a go recently using this Donna Hay recipe and it was actually super easy and not as daunting as I thought it would be. I even made the crust from scratch! Of course you can buy a store bought crust (no judgement here!) and just make the filling.
