WHITE CHRISTMAS MOJITO
Juice of 1 Lime
10-12 Mint Leaves (less if bigger leaves)
1tbs sugar
2tbs white rum
1tbs coconut rum (like Malibu)
1 small can Coconut Milk or 1/4 can or larger can
Soda Water to top up
Pomegranates to garnish
Mint leaves to garnish
In a glass, muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves. Then fill 1/4 of the cup with ice.
Blend together the white rum, coconut rum and coconut milk until smooth.
Pour over the ice and stir to combine.
Top with sparking water and garnish with the mint leaves and pomegranate.
