This is a really simple and fast Christmas treat to make that WOWs the recipient because they look so cute. It only takes a few ingredients and are really fast to make – no baking required!
What you need
1 store bought Christmas Pudding or Cake
White chocolate for melting
Red and Green glace cherries
Crumble up the pudding/cake into a bowl and add in a dash or two of Rum. You want it to be wet enough to be able to roll into balls. So add a little bit at a time.
Roll into about 2cm balls.
Melt the white chocolate and you want to drizzle it over each pudding. It should fall down the sides and look like custard on top of a pudding. Do a couple at a time as the chocolate sets quickly.
Slice up a couple of red and green glace cherries. You want the green cherries to be long and thin like ‘holly leaves’ and the red to be smaller and square to be like the ‘holly’. Add a red and two green pieces on top of the white chocolate on each pudding.
And. you’re. done!
