If you’re after a beautiful cocktail, perfect for Valentine’s Day that isn’t too sweet, then this Rose Lemon Spritzer is just for you. The lemony flavour is delicious with the sweetness of the rose water. AND it’s very aesthetically pleasing. For the garnish I used the Mr Consistent Dried Roses.
ROSE LEMON SPRITZER
Serves 1
2 tbs rose water
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 shot vodka
1 tsp honey
Few drops of cranberry juice for the pink colour
Sparkling water to finish
Dried roses to garnish
In a shaker filled with ice add the rose water, lemon, honey, vodka and juice. Shake well. Pour into a glass and top with sparkling water. Then garnish with dried roses. Enjoy!
