I recently discovered Into the Sauce on Instagram and TikTok and boy and I glad I did because then I would not have discovered these amazing Spelt, Oat and White Chocolate Cookies. I am not sure what makes them taste so good – who would have thought to put spelt flour in cookies?!
The recipe suggests you freeze half for later. I do suggest you do this otherwise you will find yourself eating the ENTIRE batch. No joke.
