
There was never a gathering at Nan’s house without her punch and her famous punchbowl. Much like the sangia we used to make at Uni, there is no official recipe…just a bit of this and a bit of that and then adjust to your taste.
No matter how it was made, it was always delicious and refreshing and a family favourite.
Now that I older, I think it would also be amazing as a Vodka Pitcher cocktail for Summer.
NAN’S PUNCH
Ice or a block of ice
Pineapple Juice
Cottees Fruit Cup Crush Cordial
Kirks Ginger Ale
Can crushed pineapple
Can Mixed Fruit Salad
Fresh Mint
It’s very technical… add everything into a large jug or punch bowl and enjoy! Nan used to use a block of ice if we were having a function at her place so it would stay cold all day. Worked a treat!
