I was looking for something to do to entertain Coco for a while (joys of being home with a baby) so we decided to make some Valentine Rice Krispie treats to give to her friends. A tradition we picked up whilst living in the USA.
I found this recipe and it was SO easy and delicious. A small box of Rice Bubbles has about 8 cups in it so it matches the recipe perfectly. I used a mix of the jumbo marshmallows and the mini ones however this one only uses the mini versions.
After making it we just used a cookie cutter to shape and then Coco’s favourite part was to decorate them!
